Junk food.... very appealing, so delicious, irresistible, and it's as if you can't say no to it. Junk food can be a good quick fix to satisfy that craving and give you that instant high. However- eating it ALL the time can really make your body dislike you because of how it feels when you eat it on a consistent basis.
The same thing can be said with thinking negative thoughts and blaming others for our problems. It can be addicting and we succumb to that comfort zone of just staying in that negative mindset. We therefore push away the idea of thinking of solutions to our problems.
However with a few little adjustments to the way in which you view things- you will have an AMAZING healthy mindset in no time!
