2021... yet another year and it came by so fast! However this year feels particularly different and I don’t know about you, but I’ve been feeling quite demotivated lately. I have spoken to some friends and family and they said that they’ve been feeling the same way as well.
Usually we have a lot of enthusiasm to take on the “New Year - New Me.” I’m sure there are people that are very excited about this year and I’m happy for you ☺️
It’s normal to feel demotivated right now and I want to let you know that whoever tells you that you’ve got to just switch off those thoughts and immediately be happy/positive with the click of a finger - be wary. Reason being is because it’s important for you to feel those emotions and work through them, otherwise you are just dampening those feelings and not truly healing from within. They will come up later if you don’t address them now.
