Crushing Self-Doubt

So yesterday I did a toast at our Toastmasters club online yesterday at the beginning of the meeting and this is what I opened up with 😄😃⁣

When I thought about self doubt.... I thought to myself that self doubt is like the modern day version of the boogeyman. He/she/it is everywhere. But the good news is that you can get rid of it by starting with yourself and getting to know yourself on a deeper level 😃🌟
